Calvin Wallace was born on May 21, 1904 in Bessemer,
AL. His parents were James and Lula Wallace. He married three times. Ella Lawson was his first wife.
Calvin and Ella had three children.

Catherine Wallace was Calvin's second wife.
Not much is known about Catherine Wallace. However, Michael has fond memories of her.
Cornelia Jewell Barton was his third wife. They
married on October 25, 1953. Jewell was born
on February 28, 1924 in Memphis, TN. Jewell and Calvin were married until his death on August 21, 1986.
Calvin was Grandma Wallace's second husband. Godfrey
Lacy was her first husband. An interesting fact about Grandma Wallace is that she was a member of Aretha Franklin's
father's church. When she married, Godfrey, Aretha was her ring bearer.
